Office Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Office Administrator that works directly with company executives.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquires
  • Maintains office supplies inventory, expediating orders for all office products
  • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Checking and distributing the mail (including and creating FedEx shipments)
  • Creating work orders through Building Engines
  • Alerting the team/office of upcoming Events  
  • Assisting with lunch and/or dinner reservations when certain meetings will be taking place in our Charlotte Office
  • Basic knowledge with computers ie: updating/help (upgrades and printer functions that the team may need assistance with)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Strong organizational, and interpersonal skills, that include problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
