Excellent location within the retail corridor with both access and visibility to the center
Purchase pricing at well below replacement cost with capital improvement opportunities
Opportunity to use our key relationships with tenants to extend leases and fill vacancies to add significant value
2020 In Review
2020 was a challenging year for so many in our industry. At Big V Property Group, we stayed focused on our core values, supporting our tenants and helping them navigate the challenges of the year.
Expansion for the future
Big V Property Group along with partners Kimco Realty and Equity Street Capital, acquired The RIM Shopping Center in May 2021. The acquisition consists of approximately 1,050,000 square feet of premiere retail and restaurant space at one of the largest mixed-use/lifestyle centers in Texas, and the 10th most visited center in the United States. The RIM is not only an established lifestyle property, but it has also become a go-to destination for both locals and visitors to San Antonio.
