In September 2020, Big V acquired The Avenue-Murfreesboro. An 843,000 SF multi-use center, with a mix of Lifestyle and Power center tenants, The Avenue is the largest shopping center in our portfolio. The center is located in Murfreesboro, TN, just outside of Nashville, in one of the fastest growing metro areas in the US. The Avenue meet and exceeds all our investment criteria, making this an excellent acquisition for significant long term value and growth.
