Adam Hall leads the transactions department at Big V Property Group, which coordinates due diligence during new property acquisitions, and assists in dispositions, acquisitions, construction, property management, legal and accounting departments in all property transactions. During his time with the company, he has managed turnkey build-outs of 25,000-square-foot Burlington stores in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Prior to joining the team in 2020 as a construction project manager, Adam worked as a project manager for retail and general commercial builders in the Carolinas. He has completed tenant upfit, landlord work, and public utility projects across the country.
Adam holds a BA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, a JD from the Charleston School of Law, and an MS in Construction Sciences and Management from Clemson University. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar and the D.C. Bar. When not on the job, Adam enjoys traveling, golfing, and following his favorite sports teams— the Tigers, Tar Heels, and Carolina Panthers.
