Bryan Kallenberg is Vice President of Capital Markets at Big V Property Group. He is responsible for executing the company’s capital markets strategies as well as maintaining existing lender and equity relationships. Bryan is a well-known, established industry executive who has been involved in over $4 billion worth of transactions. Prior to joining Big V, Bryan was Vice President at Meridian Capital where he managed client accounts that included REITS, Financial Institutions, Family offices and Private Owners. During his tenure at Meridian, Bryan was nominated in Real Estate Weekly’s “2018 Rising Stars of Real Estate”. In addition to his capital market experience, Bryan worked as an investment sales associate at ERG Property Advisors in their National Retail Group. Bryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University with a BA in Marketing. While not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
