Dean Lumish is a member of our Asset Management team as a manager. Dean's primary focus will be to assist on the development and execution of Big V's Investment and Asset Management strategy to help drive operating performance and value creation alongside all operational department leads. Prior to joining the Asset Management team, Dean was part of our Capital Markets team in which he assisted in facilitating and executing Big V Property Group’s capital market strategies.
Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Dean worked for a real estate consulting firm, underwriting agency debt for Freddie Mac and securitized institutional lenders. Throughout his career, he has underwritten and closed over $400 million of debt.
Dean graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Finance and went on to receive his Master’s in Real Estate from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Dean enjoys spending time outside and staying active by playing golf, baseball, and basketball.
