Grant Swecker

Grant Swecker joined our Asset Management team as Senior Asset Manager. He is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and reporting of investment strategy for Big V’s portfolio of shopping centers. Grant collaborates closely with department leads across leasing, property management, construction, development, and finance to drive asset performance and value creation.

Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Grant served as a Senior Associate in Asset Management with Bellwether and previously held asset management, property management, and brokerage roles with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, Endeavor Real Estate Group, and Cantrell & Morgan Inc, respectively. Over the course of his career, he has built experience across retail, industrial, and office assets, collectively managing approximately $1.8B AUM and executing over 665K SF of lease transactions, as well as $554MM in refinances and dispositions.

Grant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Columbus State University. He is certified in Argus Enterprise and is a CCIM candidate, having completed CI101, CI102, and CI104. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, traveling, weightlifting, and reading.
