Herrisha is a Senior Project Manager supporting enterprise-level initiatives across technology and operations environments. She oversees complex, cross-functional projects and works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver efficient, data-driven solutions that support operational performance and long-term business objectives.

With extensive experience supporting operational and system initiatives, Herrisha works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, data is reported accurately, and processes scale effectively across portfolios. She is known for translating business needs into practical solutions while maintaining strong governance, clear communication, and consistent execution across the organization.
Herrisha brings a strong analytical approach to her work, leveraging Power BI dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to enhance visibility, support informed decision-making, and track operational outcomes. Her focus on data and reporting helps teams identify risks early, measure progress effectively, and continuously improve processes.

Prior to her current role, Herrisha held progressive leadership positions across operations, project management, and enterprise systems environments. She has supported initiatives involving operational reporting, process improvement, system coordination, and enterprise training, contributing to successful outcomes across multi-site operations.

Outside of her professional work, Herrisha enjoys spending time outdoors, maintaining an active lifestyle, and exploring interests related to sustainability and organizational wellness. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on data analytics.
