Jason Nidiffer

Jason is the Chief Investment Officer for Big V Property Group and one of the founding partners of Big V Acquisitions.  In this role, Mr. Nidiffer oversees the plan for growth of the company through new acquisition targets.  He is also responsible for development of the business plan and strategy for all acquisitions as well as successful execution of that strategy.  Jason has been involved in over $1 Billion of real estate acquisitions throughout his career and is heavily engaged in the decision-making process for all Big V Property Group ventures.   In addition to those duties, Jason also serves as a member of the Big V Investment Committee.  Jason is considered a pioneer in the field of acquiring successful open-air shopping centers and adding significant value to those assets.  Mr. Nidiffer has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in all facets of the industry including acquisitions, dispositions, brokerage, property management, land assemblage, development, entitlements, construction, leasing, and tenant representation.  Jason graduated from Cumberland College with a BA degree in Business and received his MBA from the Gatton School of Business at the University of Kentucky.
