Kyra Appleby

Kyra oversees accounts receivable and sales reporting across all Big V Property Group’s properties. Her responsibilities include requesting and submitting sales data, collecting tenant payments, and auditing ledgers to ensure accuracy. She is dedicated to strengthening trust and building dependable relationships with tenants through consistent communication and support.

A graduate of Lock Haven University with a degree in Criminal Justice, Kyra brings a strong work ethic and a passion for learning as she continues to grow within the industry.

Outside of work, Kyra enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and being with her family. She also loves shopping and decorating for the holidays.
