Mallory DeLucas is an accomplished real estate professional with a successful career in commercial leasing and advertising. She has extensive expertise in specialty leasing, advertising partnerships, sales strategy, and relationship management. Her strong background in commercial real estate and retail leasing enables her to build lasting relationships with tenants while creating meaningful consumer experiences.

Mallory’s professional journey began with positions at well-known brands such as NetJets and Nordstrom, where she honed her sales, customer service, and relationship-building sills. These roles gave her a strong foundation in customer-focused strategies, with she later applied to her work in commercial real estate. She then joined Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH in 2014, where she developed her expertise in retail leasing and commercial property management. She went on to become the Specialty Leasing and Adverting Manager at Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, OH. She was instrumental in overseeing ancillary leasing initiatives and developing advertising partnerships to enhance the shopping experience. Her tenure at Polaris was marked by her ability to create dynamic retail environments that benefited both tenants and customers alike.

Mallory attended both the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and Flager College where she received a B.A. in Communications/Public Relations. Outside of work, Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, her 11-year-old daughter, Grace, and their beloved pets: Stu, the cat, and Kyle, the dog. She is passionate about shopping and travel, always on the lookout for new trends in retail and exciting destinations to explore. She is an active Girl Scout Troop mom and a member of her church. A fun fact about Mallory is that the was on opera minor in college, which highlights her lifelong appreciation for creativity and the arts.
