Her career progression from marketing to General Manager of enclosed malls and outdoor centers demonstrates her ability to adapt and excel in various roles, making her a valuable asset to Big V Property Group.
While managing multiple properties as a General Manager, Sarah oversaw leasing, security, operations, and marketing, with a staff of over 20 employees. During her time as a General Manger, Sarah revaluated the security needs at her properties and reduced incidents/crime by 40%. She also streamlined procedures for specialty leasing reporting, creating a more efficient and accurate representation of temporary leasing in the entire portfolio. Additionally, she took an active role in rent collections at the property level and secured the optimal temporary tenant mix to backfill vacancies. This process improvement resulted in surpassing the budgeted NOI annually.

Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a major in public relations and a minor in journalism. She holds a North Carolina real estate license, is a chairperson for the American Cancer Society— Cure By Design and Quality of life, and is a board member for the City of Monroe’s Tourism and Development board.
