Shane plays a vital role at Big V, serving as the frontline responder for technical support, assisting with software deployments, maintaining IT systems, and providing exceptional user support to ensure smooth operations. Shane's keen eye for problem-solving and commitment to efficiency is a valued asset in ensuring smooth company operations.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Cyber Security from Appalachian State University. He is also certified in the Microsoft Office Suite. Outside of work, Shane finds joy in cruising along the Blue Ridge Parkway, soaking in the scenic beauty of the Appalachian Mountains on a summer day and having a night out in South End, Charlotte with his friends.
