Suzanne Reynolds

Suzanne works closely with the Vice President of Legal to provide real estate related legal services for the leasing of the company’s portfolio of shopping centers. Her responsibilities include drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial retail lease documents, reviewing and interpreting existing leases, easements and declarations, drafting broker listing agreements for commercial leasing and the purchase and sale of real estate, assisting in the development of the company’s retail lease documents, working with tenant lenders in preparing landlord waiver agreements to assist tenants in obtaining financing loans and working cooperatively with other department in the company, such as leasing a construction to complete leasing transactions.

Suzanne has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, both in-house and with law firms, representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for multi-tenant retail properties, single tenant retail properties, office buildings and industrial space, with a primary emphasis on retail leasing.
