Timmy Moutrie

Timmy is the on-site property manager at Copper Mountain. He is the main point of contact for all tenants and executive staff at Copper and is the liaison between all tenants and their respective HOA’s at Copper. With nearly a decade of experience working at Copper Mountain, Big V’s tenants are heavily reliant on Timmy for setting them up with trustworthy contractors while properly navigating the several channels of distribution required to get any work done at the resort. Timmy also works closely with the Summit County Building Department to ensure all facilities Big V owns are up to code. He sits on eight HOA boards as the commercial representative to ensure protocol is always being followed in each respective building in Center Village at Copper.  

Timmy has nearly 10 years of property and hospitality management in the ski industry in Colorado. His career began with Breckenridge Grand Vacations in 2016, and then he began working for Copper Mountain where he has worked since 2017.  

Timmy attended Northern Michigan University from 2005-2009 where he also played football. After three years of working in corporate America, Timmy decided to pack up and move to Colorado to be a ski bum from 2012-2014. After figuring out he wanted to stay in the mountains permanently, he found a career in hospitality and property management was the most viable way to successfully stay in the mountains.  

His hobbies include: skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, camping, rafting, and essentially any outdoor recreation in the mountains. He and his wife live deep in the mountains with their son Luca and four dogs.
