Tony D’Ambrosio is a real estate professional with more than twenty years of experience. At Big V Property Group, Tony maximizes investor results through investment property acquisition and disposition. As Vice President of Dispositions, he leads a team in executing the successful marketing and sale of shopping centers and outparcels. As the General Manager of the Big V Income Fund, he assists in acquiring and building a resilient portfolio of net lease assets in the Sun Belt.
Prior to Joining Big V, Tony was Senior Vice President and Principal in Colliers International's Atlanta office, where he led a team in completing over 150 shopping center sale transactions across the Southeastern US on behalf of publicly traded REITs, institutions, developers, and private investors. Earlier in his career, Tony co-founded St. James Capital, a private investment firm for which he acquired real estate projects and operating companies across the Southeast, Texas, California, and Vancouver. He has personally executed commercial real estate transactions exceeding $1.5 billion in value.
Tony earned a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida. He is currently the Georgia Marketplaces Director for ICSC, the top volunteer leadership position in Georgia for retail real estate's premier trade group. He had also been awarded the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ L. Frederick Glassman Award for being Atlanta’s top-producing commercial real estate broker under the age of 35.
