Jacqueline oversees the A/R for a variety of Big V Property Group’s properties. This entails auditing and payment collection. Jacqueline graduated from Everest college in 2009 and has since gained over 13 years of billing and accounting experience. She initiated her career in the medical field but has since dedicated the last several years of her career to the world of Real Estate. Before coming to Big V , she worked as an accounting and membership assistant for one of New York’s largest Realtor Associations and Multiple Listing Systems. 

In her personal time, Jacqueline enjoys reading and spending time with her family (which includes her dog, Bolt and her cat, Figarro, who has 27 toes). She also looks forward to football season and is an avid Packer’s fan, as she originally is from the state of Wisconsin.

Diane Dross secures insurance coverage for various areas of Big V Property Group — covering new asset purchases, executive and employee operations, and policy portfolio renewals for existing properties and vehicles. In addition, she compiles property and leasing data for insurance underwriters on new properties, works with the legal and leasing departments on lease insurance requirements, property management for insurance claims and inspection reports, and processes A/P invoices. 

Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Diane worked for the Rosenberg family business as a ShopRite cashier, being promoted to Big V Supermarkets’ corporate office as a maintenance executive assistant and then advancing to purchasing agent for the chain. She also served as property manager of the Big V Town Centre in Vails Gate, NY before handling insurance for the company. 

Diane has an associate’s degree in Accounting from Orange County Community College and is a certified notary. In her time off, she loves to read good books, spend time with her family, and take on arts and crafts projects.

Kerstin Coons has been with Big V Property Group since 2017 when she took a position as a property accountant. She has since been promoted to property accountant supervisor. Kerstin specializes in tenant year-end reconciliations of operating expenses, insurance, and property taxes. She works closely with the accounts receivable team in preparing up-to-date, accurate financial reports. 

Before joining Big V Property Group, Kerstin worked as a logistics manager for a steel tubing supplier. After graduating from the State University of New York at New Paltz, she relocated to Florida, NY to pursue accounting with the company. 

While off the clock, Kerstin enjoys finding creative new ways to cook for her most prominent critics, her two young boys.

Kristy Rodriguez has worked in finance for decades, specializing in the property management and healthcare sectors. Kristy oversees A/R for half of Big V Property Group’s properties and the sales reporting for all of them. This entails auditing accounts, payment collection, and submitting all sales reporting data. Above all, Kristy focuses on building genuine relationships with tenants to strengthen tenant connections and communication. 

Before joining Big V Property Group, Kristy was a business office manager for CareOne Skilled Nursing facilities. She received Business Administration degrees from both Burlington County College and Boricua College. 

Michael Pisano is a seasoned CPA with a decade’s worth of experience. At Big V Property Group, he leads a team of property accountants focused on ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting. Mike collaborates with various departments to provide support with financial activity. He specializes in year-end tax preparation, accounting reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Michael was a senior accountant with RBT CPAs, LLP, a mid-size regional accounting firm. He has additionally worked as a staff accountant with a medical group, as a consultant for New York State public schools, and as a client service accountant. 

Michael holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta and an M.S. in Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller School of Management. He is also a New York State-certified public accountant.
