Skylar Staib is a Capital Markets Analyst for Big V Property Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting debt opportunities, maintaining lender relationships, and fielding due diligence and lender requests and approvals. Other duties include preparing RFP presentation materials, conducting market research, monitoring the internal debt tracking system, and working with the Capital Markets team on overall transaction execution.

Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Ms. Staib was a Financial Analyst at Lincoln Harris (Lincoln Property Company) in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition, she has also been a Real Estate Analyst for Blue Ridge Asset Management in Greenville, South Carolina. In both roles, Ms. Staib worked on the finance side for multi-million-dollar multifamily development projects and commercial and life science real estate acquisition opportunities in the Carolinas.

Skylar Staib brings a robust academic background to her role at Big V Property Group, having earned both her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Finance and her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the Neil Griffin College of Business at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

As a Capital Markets Administrator, Antoinette manages a range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations within the department. Her role includes handling lender request, facilitating department communications, organizes and schedules meetings Antoinette Is also responsible for maintaining department files and Implementing procedures to manage various request effectively.

Antoinette Professional Journey spans over a decade in the Non-Profit sector as an Administrator. She later transitioned into banking spending more than eight and half years with Wells Fargo. During her time there, Antoinette gained experience in Banking policies and procedures, Loan Processing, Refinance, Purchasing and Home Equity.

Antoinette holds an associate’s degree from Montgomery County Community College. She has cultivated strong relationships across various industries including banking and non-profit sectors. 

She values spending quality time with her two daughters, family and friends, traveling and the outdoors.
