As Tenant Coordinator at Big V Property Group, Chester Bissell is responsible for overseeing the tenant construction and buildout process. Acting as the primary liaison between Big V and its tenants, Chester ensures seamless communication from lease execution through space delivery by the Property Management Team and the close-out process.

Before joining Big V, Chester gained six years of experience in property management, focusing on both leasing and construction. He later transitioned to tenant coordination, specializing in opening retail stores in mixed-use developments.

Chester holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent.

Jeffrey Pierce manages construction projects where he is responsible for completing them on time and within budget.  He is also responsible for negotiating and awarding contracts to third party contractors. 

Jeffrey has been in the construction field for over 17 years.  Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Jeff worked for 6 years as a Project Manager for a Restaurant and Hotel owner/operator/developer.

Outside of work, Jeffrey loves to spend time with family and friends, exploring the Appalachian Mountains, woodworking and watching his favorite sport teams.

Jeremy Parris is a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a unique dual specialization in both project execution and cost estimating. His role bridges planning and implementation, requiring precision, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams, clients, and vendors.

Prior to his current position, Jeremy owned and operated a successful remodeling and renovation business, where he developed a deep understanding of the construction process from concept through completion. Over the course of his career, he has amassed more than 18 years of experience as an estimator and over 6 years as a project manager, building a strong reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Jeremy holds a BS in Construction Management and Engineering Technology from Farmingdale State College and an MBA in Leadership and Technology from Dowling College, both in New York.

Outside of work, Jeremy is an avid sports enthusiast—whether watching or participating—and is a self-proclaimed foodie always on the hunt for his next great meal.

Paul Jonnet manages the day-to-day information flow between different Big V Property Group departments and sellers. He serves to negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors that cover property inspections and surveys as well as to input operation cost analysis data. 

Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Paul worked at a family commercial real estate business where he developed skills in property management, construction, and lease negotiations.  Paul has a BS in IT from Washington and Jefferson College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, boating, attending car meets and being outdoors.
