Jason is a third generation commercial real estate consultant, starting his career in a family business his grandfather started in the 1950s. He worked closely with his father, Mike Nidiffer, who pioneered the expansion of Kmart and Walmart during the 1980s. Throughout the 1990s, Jason trained under his father as they worked on development projects anchored by Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and several different grocery stores. From there, Jason has concentrated on leasing assignments that have involved millions of square feet of retail shopping centers and completed leases or sales with hundreds of tenants. Jason has worked in almost every capacity of the commercial real estate industry, including property management, land assemblage, disposition/acquisition of single tenant net leased investment properties and multi-tenant shopping centers, office complex leasing and management, and medical building leasing. Over the past 10 years, Jason has focused on leasing work for second generation shopping centers and ground-up development, shepherding many projects from under 50% occupancy to 100% full. Jason graduated from Cumberland College with a BA degree in Business and received his MBA from the Gatton School of Business at the University of Kentucky.
