Trini Ainsworth is a Junior Leasing Director at Big V Property Group who dedicates her energies to the company’s Texas portfolio. With Texas expanding at an exponential rate, the trends, brands, and retail concepts are changing and growing with it. As a Texan, Trini helps her team identify and act on these in-demand new concepts to continue bringing the very best to Big V Properties. 

Before joining Big V Property Group, Trini was a Specialty Leasing Manager for WPG. While with WPG, Trini managed ten properties across the state of Texas— covering over 3.2 million square feet. During this time, she worked alongside brands like Porsche, Jurassic Adventures, Spirit Halloween, My Holiday Project, Soul Pop, and Paradise Spas. Before WPG, Trini served as a specialty retail and exhibit designer for fourteen years at GES and GST. She collaborated with shopping center developers as well as national and local brands to develop their RMU, Kiosk, and common area fixture programs, including statewide rollouts of interior and exterior units for Simon, WPG, CBL< Kite, Piercing Pagoda, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Shelby’s Sugar Shop. 

Trini Graduated from Kansas State University in 2008 with a Masters in Interior Architecture and Product Design. She currently lives in Denton, Texas with her fiancé, two boys, and two border collie retrievers. In her free time, Trini enjoys softball, DIYing, and exploring the Dallas food scene. In addition to Big V, Trini has her own small business based around woodworking, laser-made products, design, and occasional photography. 

Jo-Lyn Khoury is a leasing specialist on Big V Property Group’s leasing team, which covers the Southeast and more. She currently oversees properties from NC to CO and beyond. 

Prior to joining Big V Property Group in 2020, Jo-Lyn honed her leasing business skills and knowledge working at a real estate investment trust. 

Jo-Lyn is a SUNY Potsdam graduate and holds an HR certification from CPCC. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hitting the beach, grabbing a good meal, and exploring quaint small towns.

Brent Fabbri is a leasing specialist responsible for implementing an overarching leasing strategy for the properties he oversees. He does so by recognizing new retail trends, having key knowledge regarding his particular markets and regions, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and brokers. Brent also pursues qualified prospective tenants and transacts on new leases. 

Before Joining Big V Property Group, Brent worked as a leasing specialist for Interstate Realty Advisors in Bristol, TN. While there, he managed the leasing and development of new ground-up retail projects throughout the Southeast. 

Brent has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is an ICSC member. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, a good beach day, fishing, and sipping a good cup of coffee.

Julie O’Donnell is a seasoned leasing professional with over 20 years of leasing experience. At Big V Property Group, she leads the leasing team in overseeing the company’s Southeastern properties, which total over 4 million square feet. 

Before Big V Property Group, Julie held leasing positions at Faison & Associates, Kahn Development, and Foundry Commercial. 

Julie attended Virginia Western, holds real estate licenses in NC, SC, and VA, and is an ICSC member. When off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, grabbing a good meal, and flexing her creative muscles.

Seamus Byrne is a leasing director for Southeastern Big V Property Group shopping centers spanning from VA, to NC, SC, GA, FL, and AL. He specializes in generating leads and negotiating lease terms to fill vacancies and build relationships with value-add tenants. 

Joining Big V Property Group after graduating college in 2019, he initially handled the company’s small shop tenant renewals across its entire portfolio. 

Seamus holds a BA in Business and Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and was a 4-year member of the Division III Lacrosse program. He is also an ICSC member. In his time off, he enjoys live music, coaching high school and travel lacrosse, and catching UVA sports games.

Caroline Horne is a real estate professional responsible for leasing over 4 million square feet of retail space throughout Big V Property Group’s Southeastern portfolio.   

Before joining Big V Property Group in 2021, Caroline worked as a leasing agent at RCG Ventures in Atlanta. She has also held a broker position at Avison Young in retail advisory services.  

Originally from South Florida, Caroline is a University of Georgia graduate, holds real estate licenses in GA and AL, and is an ICSC member. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, daughter, and two stepchildren. When off the clock, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, and traveling.
