Megan is a dedicated property manager with Big V Property Group, overseeing the daily operations of a diverse portfolio spanning nine properties across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. With a keen eye for detail and commitment to exceptional service, Megan ensures that each property is managed efficiently and effectively, creating positive experiences for tenants while meeting ownership expectations. 

With over 20 years in both residential and commercial property management experience, Megan has honed her experience across multiple Charlotte markets, including South End, SouthPark, Huntersville, Pineville, South Charlotte and University.  Megan was a residential (CAM Certified) Property Manager of A+, A, B, and C multi-family residential and commercial communities that varied from garden style to high-rise buildings. Megan brings a wealth of experience from both the residential and commercial sectors.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Megan finds joy in spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, indulging in diverse cuisines, and enjoying the company of her beloved dogs, Bernie and Charlie. An avid reader, hiker, and wine enthusiast, she also holds a fascinating past as a competitive gymnast, representing the state of North Carolina during her childhood years.

Dean Domingo has worked in retail property management for nearly 20 years. At Big V Property Group, Dean is the General Manager at the Rim in San Antonio, TX. 

Dean has a background working in operations and commercial property management to include enclosed malls, outlets and open-air centers in TX and FL. Dean began his career in El Paso with Simon Property Group. Before joining Big V Property Group and most recently, Dean was the General Manager at the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos. TX.    

Dean has an MBA from the University of Texas El Paso. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and getting outdoors.

Erica will assist with the daily operations at Southpark Meadows in Austin, TX. Her primary focus will be tenant relations and marketing. By providing effective communication and exceptional customer service to the tenants.

Erica has been in property management for over 20 years, gaining experience in both residential and mixed-use properties. She has held several positions during her career and brings with her extensive knowledge for both operational, financial, and facilities management.

Erica will receive her BA in Psychology from Texas State University in December 2024. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach or with friends and family. She is an avid animal lover and finds joy in fostering kittens at the Austin Animal Center.

Andre Ruiz is a maintenance supervisor with nearly 30 years in the apartment industry. He specializes in maintaining the physical conditions of a property to its maximum potential.

Andre is a strong leader and brings his positive attitude and strong work ethic to help the team succeed. He is inspired daily by his wife of 30 years and his two kids who are both nurses. Andre likes to play pool and spend time with his family and his brand new grandson.
