Dean Domingo has worked in retail property management for nearly 20 years. At Big V Property Group, Dean is the General Manager at the Rim in San Antonio, TX. 

Dean has a background working in operations and commercial property management to include enclosed malls, outlets and open-air centers in TX and FL. Dean began his career in El Paso with Simon Property Group. Before joining Big V Property Group and most recently, Dean was the General Manager at the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos. TX.    

Dean has an MBA from the University of Texas El Paso. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and getting outdoors.

Erica will assist with the daily operations at Southpark Meadows in Austin, TX. Her primary focus will be tenant relations and marketing. By providing effective communication and exceptional customer service to the tenants.

Erica has been in property management for over 20 years, gaining experience in both residential and mixed-use properties. She has held several positions during her career and brings with her extensive knowledge for both operational, financial, and facilities management.

Erica will receive her BA in Psychology from Texas State University in December 2024. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach or with friends and family. She is an avid animal lover and finds joy in fostering kittens at the Austin Animal Center.

Andre Ruiz is a maintenance supervisor with nearly 30 years in the apartment industry. He specializes in maintaining the physical conditions of a property to its maximum potential.

Andre is a strong leader and brings his positive attitude and strong work ethic to help the team succeed. He is inspired daily by his wife of 30 years and his two kids who are both nurses. Andre likes to play pool and spend time with his family and his brand new grandson.

Lauren has over 18 years’ experience in retail property management and development. She began her career in the lifestyle shopping center market with Cousins Properties and prior to joining Big V Property Group in April 2020, worked with Hines. Lauren specializes in operations, tenant relationships and project management. Her community passions include the Imagination Library, youth and adult literacy programs and Best Friends Animal Society.

Sarah’s extensive experience in commercial real estate has given her a distinct edge in the industry, combining her property management and marketing knowledge. Her involvement at reputable companies like Madison Marquette, JLL, Urban Retail, and Lincoln Harris has equipped her with a deep understanding of the industry. Her career progression from marketing to General Manager of enclosed malls and outdoor centers demonstrates her ability to adapt and excel in various roles, making her a valuable asset to Big V Property Group.

While managing multiple properties as a General Manager, Sarah oversaw leasing, security, operations, and marketing, with a staff of over 20 employees. During her time as a General Manger, Sarah revaluated the security needs at her properties and reduced incidents/crime by 40%. She also streamlined procedures for specialty leasing reporting, creating a more efficient and accurate representation of temporary leasing in the entire portfolio. Additionally, she took an active role in rent collections at the property level and secured the optimal temporary tenant mix to backfill vacancies. This process improvement resulted in surpassing the budgeted NOI annually.

With a diverse portfolio of properties ranging from luxury lifestyle to Class B, she possesses a unique blend of expertise that aligns well with Big V Property Group’s objectives.

Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a major in public relations and a minor in journalism. She holds a North Carolina real estate license, is a chairperson for the American Cancer Society— Cure By Design and Quality of life, and is a board member for the City of Monroe’s Tourism and Development board. 

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, catching a sports event or concert, and volunteering with local non-profit organizations.
