Ryan Fabbri is an acquisitions executive responsible for souring retail deals across the country as well as leading the acquisitions team through the valuation process. He specializes in building broker and seller relationships and performing market research and analysis. Joining Big V Property Group in 2016, he has successfully sourced and transacted on numerous retail assets, representing over $1 billion in investments.
Prior to Big V Property Group, Ryan held various roles at The First Bank and Trust Company, ranging from e-commerce sales representative to commercial analyst and office manager.
Ryan holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. When off the clock, he enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife and kids, traveling, hitting the beach, hiking, and golfing.
