Shane plays a vital role at Big V, serving as the frontline responder for technical support, assisting with software deployments, maintaining IT systems, and providing exceptional user support to ensure smooth operations. Shane’s keen eye for problem-solving and commitment to efficiency is a valued asset in ensuring smooth company operations.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Cyber Security from Appalachian State University. He is also certified in the Microsoft Office Suite. Outside of work, Shane finds joy in cruising along the Blue Ridge Parkway, soaking in the scenic beauty of the Appalachian Mountains on a summer day and having a night out in South End, Charlotte with his friends.

Katrina Ebersole has worked in residential and commercial real estate property management in the Charlotte area for nearly two decades. Joining Big V Property Group in 2022, Katrina serves as the office manager for the Charlotte office and oversees supply purchasing.
As a due diligence administrator, she supports the acquisitions team through administrative activities, as well as onboarding new vendors for all of Big V Property Group’s Southeastern properties.
Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Katrina served as the office manager for the properties and risk management department at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte for over 6 years.
Katrina studied Art History and Classical Painting at Virginia Commonwealth University and continues to express her artistic interests as an active member of the North Carolina Watercolor Society.
Maria Gilbey-Hall has numerous years of executive administrative support experience within both the retail and financial industries. At Big V Property Group, she provides a broad variety of assistance to the CEO and C-Suite Executives, while also organizing, coordinating, and planning daily operational functions. Maria oversees the executive team’s calendars and itineraries, expense reimbursement processing, and special projects as requested, working closely with the legal and accounting departments.
Before joining Big V Property Group, Maria was the executive assistant to the president of Bonanno Real Estate Groups and the CEO of Loehmann’s Inc, as well as a senior administrative assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Maria holds a BA in Legal and Justice Studies from Montclair State University, where she graduated Summa cum Laude with the highest honors. She is a certified paralegal per the American Bar Association and a certified notary. Originally from the United Kingdom, Maria loves to travel and discover the unknown. She has explored many corners of the United States and hopes to encourage her two sons to do the same.
