Big V Properties, including its affiliate Big V Capital, is a vertically-integrated real estate investment and property management company with best in class people and systems. Big V’s senior management team has over 80 years of real estate investment, finance and asset management experience. This depth of expertise enables the Company to maximize returns for its investors.

The Company is focused on acquiring and managing 50,000SF-400,000SF class B neighborhood and community shopping centers in strong secondary demographic markets throughout the southeast United States. We seek to acquire assets at well below replacement cost, with attractive current and projected yields and with significant upside opportunities.

Big V has extensive experience and an excellent track record managing core plus and value-add transactions, including construction and renovation, and over 40 years of experience leasing in our target markets. Our diverse tenant base includes big box retailers such as Big Lots, Home Depot and Tractor Supply as well as mid-size discount retailers and many small local stores and service businesses.

Big V currently owns and/or manages 28 properties comprising 3.8 million square feet of leasable space. Big V has 25 employees, with a corporate office in Florida, NY and satellite offices in Bristol, TN and Stuart, FL.
