Alex is an accounting professional with expertise in triple-net leases. Joining Big V Property Group in December 2021, he sets his focus on prospective acquisitions and onboarding new properties, all while streamlining repetitive tasks at a consistent output to bolster the company’s growth strategy.
Before Big V Property Group, Alex was a staff accountant at Shoprite Supermarkets. He specialized in analyzing chain-wide inventories, auditing triple net and operating expense reconciliations for the shopping centers, and forecasted occupancy, utility, and depreciation expenses.
Alex is a magna cum laude graduate of SUNY New Paltz, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
When he’s not chasing or being chased by his daughter, Alex enjoys playing, building, and tinkering with guitars. He is also a hobbyist woodworker and a DIY advocate (and he’s very grateful for his wife’s patience while he further breaks the things he is trying to fix).
