Manny Mendoza joins our Asset Management team as Manager. Manny's primary focus will be to assist on the development and execution of Big V's Investment and Asset Management strategy to help drive operating performance and value creation alongside all operational department leads.
Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Manny began his career in GE’s Financial Management Program before joining the Medical Office & Life Science Asset Management team at Ventas, a healthcare REIT, where he supported over $500M in redevelopment, disposition, leasing, and investment transactions. Most recently, Manny helped launch the acquisition efforts for Pacaso, a luxury second home start-up, across the East Coast.
Although born and raised in New York City, Manny spent his early childhood years in the Dominican Republic. Manny graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in International Studies where he played offensive line and was an inducted scholar athlete in the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.
Now residing in Charlotte with his fiancé and Labrador Retriever, Malu (she’s named after the Steeler’s Troy Polamalu), Manny enjoys exploring local restaurants, cooking, weightlifting, boxing classes and recently started playing tennis.
