Anchored by Office Depot, additional tenants include Forbidden City, Mattress Outlet and Easy Vet. The center is currently 93% leased. Gunbarrel Place is a value-add investment, acquired at significantly below replacement cost. The shopping center will be managed by Big V Properties LLC, our affiliated property management company. |
