Big V Capital Closes on Gunbarrel Place

Big V Capital LLC has closed on the acquisition of Gunbarrel Place, a 38,249 SF retail shopping center located on Gunbarrel Road, just off I-75 in Chattanooga,TN. The shopping center is in Chattanooga's Hamilton Place sub-market, a premier and vibrant retail market that includes Chattanooga's #1 super regional enclosed mall - the 1.3 million SF Hamilton Place.
Anchored by Office Depot, additional tenants include Forbidden City, Mattress Outlet and Easy Vet.  The center is currently 93% leased.  Gunbarrel Place is a value-add investment, acquired at significantly below replacement cost. 
The shopping center will be managed by Big V Properties LLC, our affiliated property management company.
