Brett Lipman is a professional with over 10 years of project management experience. While relatively new to retail construction, he has extensive experience in marketing communications and event management.
At Big V Property Group, Brett is responsible for completing capital expenditure projects that improve and maintain the function of the company’s shopping centers. Additionally, he ensures that new tenant projects are finished on time and within budget, manages communication between external and internal stakeholders, writes vendor contracts, and oversees financials.
Brett holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University, a Masters in The Management of Sports Industries from the University of New Haven, and a Masters of Construction and Facilities Management from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
