Dean Lumish is a member of the Capital Markets Team, in which he assists in facilitating and executing Big V Property Group’s capital market strategies. His core responsibilities include servicing and maintaining existing capital partner relationships, underwriting property debt, and analyzing investment capital stack structures. Dean additionally supports the Capital Markets Team through forward-looking interest rate projections to mitigate potential risks they may pose to investment plans and the company’s portfolio. He has also aided in underwriting and securing debt for the Big V Income Fund.
Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Dean worked for a real estate consulting firm, underwriting agency debt for Freddie Mac and securitized institutional lenders. Throughout his career, he has underwritten and closed over $400 million of debt.
Dean graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Finance and went on to receive his Master’s in Real Estate from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Dean enjoys spending time outside and staying active by playing golf, baseball, and basketball.
