Sarah Sease

Sarah Sease brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, with a strong foundation in property management and marketing. Her tenure with respected firms including Madison Marquette, JLL, Urban Retail, and Lincoln Harris has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its evolving dynamics. Sarah’s progression from marketing roles to General Manager of both enclosed malls and outdoor retail centers reflects her ability to lead across diverse asset types and organizational structures.

She has overseen portfolios ranging from luxury lifestyle centers to Class B properties, offering a balanced perspective that aligns with the strategic objectives of Big V Property Group. Currently, Sarah leads the property management team for Big V’s specialty properties, including shopping centers and ski resort villages.

Sarah earned her degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism. She holds a North Carolina real estate license and has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement, having served as Chair for the American Cancer Society’s Cure by Design and Quality of Life initiatives, as well as a board member of the City of Monroe’s Tourism and Development Board.
