Scott has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with over 12 years of experience in commercial general contracting. Prior to joining Big V, Scott was Director of Construction at Kimco Realty, responsible for tenant construction negotiations, estimates, new construction, renovations, fit-ups and white box work. Scott has broad knowledge of negotiating with contractors and sub-contractors and building relationships with tenants.
